Error Code: PW104
Issue: Error PW104 means that there is an issue with the power adapter of your LOGIQ 500.
Resolution:
1- Reset power supply: PW104 does not necessarily indicate that the power adapter has failed. Error may be displayed as a result of power fluctuation. Resetting power supply may solve the issue:
1.1- Power-off LOGIQ 500 main unit.
1.2- Unplug LOGIQ 500 from electricity.
1.3- Wait 30 seconds and plug it again.
1.4- Power-on LOGIQ 500 main unit. PW104 error should not appear.
2- Redirect power supply to Auxiliary Adapter: Your LOGIQ 500 is equipped with an auxiliary adapter to keep it running in case primary adapter fails. You can redirect power to the auxiliary adapter and use it. You can find instructions to do this here.
If you still see the error PW104 please request technician visit from ACME for Power dapter Replacement: Contact our customer care agents and request technician visit for replacement of the primary adapter on your LOGIQ 500.
